WASHINGTON — A person of interest related to the shooting of New York Jets player Kris Boyd is in custody, according to multiple media reports.
A 20-year-old man from the Bronx surrendered himself to authorities on Monday in Buffalo, New York, weeks after the NYPD released images of the wanted gunman.
The person will return to New York City to face charges. The U.S. Marshals Service and New York Police Department were both involved in the apprehension of the "person of interest," sources told NBC News .
