93-year-old's death in Logan called 'suspicious'; Philadelphia police seek his missing car

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for the car belonging to a 93-year-old man who was found dead under suspicious circumstances.

The car is a white 2007 Chrysler 300 with Pennsylvania Tag GRJ-5294.

The owner of the vehicle, Lafayette Dailey, was found dead on Friday afternoon.

Officers were called to the 4500 block of N. 16th Street in the city's Logan section just before 3 p.m.

That's where Dailey was found with lacerations to both his chest and head.

Along with the car, the victim's wallet and keys are also missing.

The circumstances of Dailey's death are not yet known.
