BRAINERD — The Crow Wing Soil and Water Conservation District announced the winners of its annual photo contest, celebrating the beauty of Minnesota’s native trees, shrubs and wildlife.
Photographers of all ages and skill levels were invited to participate, and 50 entries were submitted. Crow Wing SWCD staff members selected the top images.
Winners are: Trista Snapko, first place, for “Red Osier Dogwood with Bird;” Liz Luskey, second place, for “Oak Tree with Eagle;” and Sami Rice, third place, for “White Pine Tree with Bear.”
Winners will receive canvas prints of their photographs, and many of the submitted images will be featured in Crow Wing SWCD publications and promotional materials.
