OSHKOSH, Wis. (WBAY) - A trial is scheduled to take place next September for a young man accused of a fatal stabbing in Menominee Park.
Earlier this year, the Winnebago County District Attorney’s Office formally charged 19-year-old Daunte Riley of Fond du Lac for the deadly stabbing of an Oshkosh man in Menominee Park back in July.
Riley is charged with first-degree intentional homicide and disorderly conduct using a dangerous weapon. The homicide charge carries life in prison if he’s convicted.
During a hearing Monday, Riley’s jury trial was scheduled to begin on September 22, 2026 at 8:30 a.m.
