SPOKANE, Wash. — Gonzaga's redshirt Junior Braden Huff was named the WCC Player of the Week on Monday. It's the first time in his Gonzaga career that the 6'10 forward has won the award.
Huff scored 20 points against then #18th ranked Kentucky in Nashville last week and followed that up with a 24-point performance against North Florida on Sunday in the McCarthey Center.
Huff is shooting 65.6% from the field this year. That's the 19th best percentage in the country.
He is currently averaging 17 points a game.
