Florida basketball ranks in national polls following loss to Duke

Florida basketball fell back again in the latest USA Today Coaches Poll .

The Gators (5-3) dropped four spots as Florida fell from No. 14 to No. 18 after losing 67-66 to No. 3 Duke on the road.

Florida will have a chance to redeem itself as the Gators face their second straight top 5 opponent this week as they take on No. 5 UConn (8-1) in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden.

The rest of the SEC features Alabama at No. 12, Vanderbilt at No. 14, Arkansas at No. 17, Tennessee at No. 20 and Auburn at No. 24. Kentucky fell out of the rankings, but is still receiving votes along with Georgia, Missouri and LSU.
