BOISE, Idaho — Anglers may get an early Christmas gift this year: a freshly stocked fishing spot!
Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) announced Monday its December rainbow trout stocking schedule for the Southwest region, which includes roughly 4,500 fish making their way to Idaho waters.
Fish and Game said the rainbow trout will be released at catchable-sized, which is a great way to get your feet wet in the angling world; all you need is a fishing license.
