Burbank police arrested a man accused of stealing toys that had been donated for a toy drive inside the lobby of a business building, officials said Monday.

Officers initially responded to the business last week on N. Hollywood Way and Vanowen Street after receiving a call about missing toys that had been inside a donation box. The items, such as board games and dolls, were collected for a Toys-for-Tots drive, police said.

The employees at the building told police that the surveillance video footage showed a food delivery driver, leaving with some of the toys from the donation box on Wednesday, Dec. 3.
