LEH, Dec 8 : The Chief Secretary of Ladakh, Dr Pawan Kotwal, conducted a series of visits to various developmental sites in Leh to review the ongoing progress of major infrastructure works.

The Chief Secretary first visited the newly constructed UT Secretariat Building, Leh, where he assessed the progress of works and directed the executing agency to expedite the remaining tasks while maintaining high quality standards.

He further instructed the agency to ensure that the building is fully disabled-friendly, incorporating all necessary accessibility features.
