CLARKSBURG, W.Va. — A final hearing on a petition to revoke the probation of a 72-year-old Clarksburg sex offender has been put on hold until next Monday.

Chief Judge Christopher J. McCarthy continued the hearing after learning a key witness wasn't available.

Probation Officer Megan Fox alleges Andrew Dussart has violated probation by:

Admitting Sept. 8 that “he had viewed both adult and child pornographic images and videos.” A Sept. 19 extraction report showed about 35,000 images, “most of which were obscene matter. Additionally, numerous images appeared to be child erotica,” Fox alleged.
