Tyneside drug dealers who drew attention to themselves by trying to evade police jailed

Three drug dealers who drew attention to themselves by trying to evade police in their car have been jailed. It was in the early hours of June 15 2022 that police were on patrol in South Shields when their attention was drawn to a VW Golf.

Newcastle Crown Court heard they became suspicious due to the manner in which it was being driven and the fact it appeared to be trying to avoid officers. They saw it parked outside driver Nahid Miah's home on Dacre Street, South Shields and his brother Muhon Miah and Monsur Miah were also inside it.
