The Town of Kirkland Lake’s public works department will commence snow removal on December 9, starting at 2:00 am.

According to a media release from the municipality, the locations for the work will be as follows:

Government Road from Allen Avenue to Main Street;

Prospect and Duncan North from Wright Hargreaves to Government Road;

Duncan South from Government Road to Second Street;

Prospect South from Second Street to Government Road;

Kirkland Street from Government Road to Station Road;

Main Street, Wood Street, McCamus Avenue loop from Government Road; and

various locations
