CAVE CITY, Ky. – One man is facing multiple charges after allegedly driving under the influence in Barren County.
According to a uniform citation, the Kentucky State Police received multiple calls Friday night regarding a vehicle traveling northbound on Interstate 65.
Authorities say the final call KSP Post 3 received stated the vehicle was near the 43-mile marker northbound.
Upon arrival, troopers say they observed the vehicle swerving across all lanes of travel and failing to signal.
Troopers say they conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The citation states troopers observed the driver to be “very disoriented and confused.”
The driver was identified as 29-year-old Humza Darbashi of Nolensville, Tennessee.
