JANESVILLE, Wis. (WKOW) — A Rock County jury has convicted a Beloit man of sexually assaulting two underage girls.
The decision came after a three-day trial where multiple counts of sexual assault of a child were considered.
Prosecutors said Isaiah Washington, 26, molested a 13-year-old in a car in April 2024. He later assaulted her in a Janesville apartment bathroom. The victim reported the incident the following day, leading to an investigation by Detective Justin Stubbendick of the Janesville Police Department.
While in Rock County Jail in late 2024, another child reported that Washington assaulted her at a house in Beloit when she was 11. This case was investigated by Child Maltreatment Officer Dylann Rauch of the Beloit Police Department.
