MARTINSBURG – A downtown bakery has reopened under a new name, with a new owner and a renewed push to draw customers to the Queen Street shop. Glazed Empire Bakery celebrated its official ribbon cutting on Thursday.

Formerly known as Glazed Empire Bakery & More, the shop has dropped the “& More” bit as Tina Dorsey has taken over as owner.
