RICHMOND, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- The United Way of Central Shenandoah Valley is one of 21 groups across Virginia to be awarded a grant from the Virginia Community Action Partnership to provide free income tax prep services.

The $18,000 will go toward its Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
