AUSTINTOWN - Bond has been set for the suspect in a shooting last week at an Austintown apartment building.
A judge set bond for 23-year-old Mikklo Delgado at $500,000 during an arraignment hearing Monday afternoon.
Delgado is charged with felonious assault, tampering with evidence, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, possession of criminal tools and two counts of inducing panic.
The charges stem from a shooting at the Compass West Apartments on Wednesday, December 3, that injured two people and left one of those victims in critical condition.
Witnesses told police two men were being set up to get robbed in an apartment, with the witnesses warning them to leave. The men were then shot in the hallway of the building.
