MARTINSBURG - Thousands gathered along Queen Street on Saturday evening as Martinsburg marked the start of the holiday season with its annual Christmas on Main celebration, an event that continues to draw some of the largest crowds of the year.
Throughout the day, dozens of food trucks, local vendors and community organizations lined the street as dozens of people gathered to watch local performers, from professional singers to local school choirs, sing Christmas songs from town square. Also for kids was a petting zoo and a holiday-decorated train taking laps around town square.
