Whoopi Goldberg is a great-grandmother again!

During the Monday (December 8) episode of The View , the 70-year-old EGOT winner announced that she welcomed her second great-grandchild overt the weekend.

Whoopi shared that her grandson Mason Dean and his girlfriend welcomed a baby girl named Lotus .

“I’m going to start out today because I have some fun news from over the weekend. My family welcomed Lotus Dean to the world. She’s 6lbs., 3oz.,” Whoopi said as images of the newborn appeared on-screen.

“That’s Lotus and Ruby [the dog],” she continued. “She is, that’s her dad — my grandson, Mason.”

“He looks in love,” co-host Sunny Hostin said as Whoopi jokingly responded, “Yeah, that’ll change.”
