CINCINNATI, Ohio — The Bengals waived second-year wide receiver Jermaine Burton on Monday.
A third-round pick in 2024, Burton had yet to play a down this season. He was suspended for Sunday’s 39-34 loss to the Bills in Buffalo and was a healthy scratch multiple times this season.
He was drafted 80th overall ahead of other receivers including Washington’s Jalen McMillan and Oregon’s Troy Franklin.
