Jane Seymour might be turning 75 soon, but she’s not planning to slow down.

The Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman star chatted with People recently and shared that she is still “very sexually active” with her boyfriend John Zambetti .

In fact, she feels so great that she says she has to remind herself of her age because she still feels like she’s “40 or 50″ years old.

“I don’t know where all that time went, but I have the energy that I had when I was 40,” Jane shared.

“I kind of have become, in some way, almost a poster child for there is life after 70. And I say the word 70 – there’s nothing about me that feels like that,” she continued.

Jane added that she only wants to spend time doing things she is passionate about, “that I really enjoy. And I make sure that, even if it’s work
