HOWARD, Wis. (WBAY) - A couple of Packers rookies helped local teens complete their holiday shopping on Monday at the Meijer in Howard.
Several players participated in this year’s event.
Those players were then paired with kids from the Brown County Pals Program and Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin.
Each teen also received gift cards to help offset some of the cost. While the impact on the kids is easy to see, offensive tackle Brant Banks shared what makes this such a special experience for him.
“It’s the season of giving. It’s the most important thing, you know? Anything that I can do to make someone else’s day better is just awesome. To put a smile on these people’s faces, it just makes it all worth it,” Banks said.
