CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A big legal victory for Billy Ray Cyrus against a woman who made some wild accusations against him and his ex-wife, Tish Cyrus. An Arizona woman named Jayme Lee filed a complaint in May, alleging she gave birth to Miley Cyrus at 12 years old. She claims there was a private adoption agreement with Billy Ray and Tish. According to the Achy Breaky Heart singer’s attorneys, a judge dismissed Lee’s lawsuit, and awarded Cyrus the recovery of attorney’s fees and costs.
