GOA: Goa police on Tuesday issued blue corner notice against the owners and main accused, Saurabh Luthra and Gaurav Luthra, of Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub in Arpora, who fled from Delhi to Thailand. According to Goa director general of police Alok Kumar, the brothers reached Delhi’s international airport at 3am on Sunday and boarded Indigo flight 6E-1073 to Phuket at 5.30 am, just three hours after the blaze. “It shows their intent to evade police investigation,” Kumar said. On Monday, at Goa police’s request, the Bureau of Immigration issued a Look Out Notice (LOC) against the Luthra brothers.
