A delivery driver became the latest to fall foul at a town railway bridge after the roof of their van was ripped off driving through the area.
The incident is one of a number of collisions in the area around Hawks Mill Street in Needham Market.
At around 4.30pm on Wednesday, November 26, an AO delivery van was spotted parked on Hawks Mill Street in Needham Market.
Footage shows the van’s roof hanging off the back after it reportedly drove through the low tunnel, resulting damage.
John Reardon, chairman of Needham Market Town Council and mayor of the town, says he was “shocked” by the incident.
He said: "I’m at a bit of a loss, really, that a driver could do that.
“That seems like questionable driving, as that is obviously a low bridge.
“It’s a shame the mess it causes and the damage
