Baltimore, MD — Baltimore police are investigating a Saturday night shooting that left a man injured in the 6600 block of Harford Road, authorities said.

The incident occurred around 9:18 p.m. on December 6 when Northeast District officers responded to reports of gunfire in the area. Officers arrived to find a 28-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.

The victim was taken to an area hospital and is currently listed in stable condition. Details about the circumstances of the shooting, including where and how it unfolded, remain under investigation.
