Actor Rajashekar has suffered a major setback just weeks after returning to work, after sustaining a serious leg injury while shooting for his upcoming film in Telangana. The actor, who had resumed filming following a brief health-related break, is now back on hiatus after undergoing surgery.

The incident occurred on November 25 during the filming of an action sequence in Medchal. Rajashekar reportedly suffered multiple fractures to his right ankle and was immediately taken to hospital. His team later confirmed that the injury was a right ankle bimalleolar dislocation with a compound fracture, a condition usually linked to high-impact trauma. Doctors advised immediate surgery to avoid further complications.
