In a significant escalation of the investigation into the tragic nightclub fire in Goa that claimed the lives of 25 individuals, state police have requested international cooperation to locate and extradite the absconding owners of Birch. This restaurant-cum-club operated under the Romeo Lane brand. Deputy Inspector General (DIG) of Goa Police, Varsha Sharma, stated that Lookout Circulars (LOCs) have been issued against the Luthra brothers, the establishment's owners, with Interpol and the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) involved in efforts to bring them back.
