Crews were working in the Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philly on Tuesday morning after a water main broke, flooding the roadway.
As spotted by NBC10's Skyforce10 chopper, workers could be seen in the area as water rushed from a broken water main at the intersection of Elmhurst and Robbins streets at about 7:30 a.m.

Officials have not said how many homes may be impacted by this incident, but water could be seen making large pools along the roadway as temps dropped into the teens as the sun rose on Tuesday.
Municipal officials did not immediately say how long it may take for this issue to be resolved.
