The officiating team for Celtic's Europa League match versus Roma has been confirmed by UEFA.
Hailing from Romania, Istvan Kovacs will take charge of the Matchday Six contest at Celtic Park , where he will be assisted by Mihai Marica and Ferencz Tunyogi on either side.
Additionally, fellow Romanians Szabolcs Roland Kovacs and Catalin Popa will oversee the fourth official and VAR roles, respectively, with the latter being assisted by Jerome Brisard of France.
This will be the second game Kovacs has officiated involving the Scottish champions, with his previous assignment having occurred back in 2020 in Celtic's 4-1 home defeat to Sparta Prague.
He also oversaw Rangers' Europa League quarter-final first leg against Athletic Club last season, which ended in a 0-0 draw at Ibrox.
