A lottery player from Massachusetts won $50,000 playing Powerball on Monday night during the drawing for $880 million — but nobody won the jackpot.

The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on Dec. 8 were 8, 32, 52, 56, 64 and Powerball: 23. The prize rolled to an estimated $880 million by the time of the drawing on Monday night, with a cash value of $405.9 million.

The Massachusetts lottery player who won $50,000 matched four of the first five numbers and the Powerball number.

They bought their winning ticket at the Shaw’s grocery store in Whitinsville and have one year from the date of the drawing to claim their prize.

The Powerball jackpot has rolled to an estimated $930 million as of Tuesday morning, with a cash value of $429 million.
