Boston Scientific Corp. has purchased its just-opened facility in a suburb of Minneapolis in what represents one of the year's biggest commercial real estate deals.

Marlborough-based Boston Scientific paid $188.8 million for the 400,000-square-foot property at 1 Boston Scientific Way in Maple Grove, near that city's Arbor Lakes development, according to a recently released certificate of real estate value .
