Three years into office, Gov. Tina Kotek has unveiled what she calls a “roadmap” to make Oregon more business friendly, (“ Oregon’s governor unveiled a ‘roadmap’ to business prosperity. Here’s what’s at stake, ” Dec. 2).
It’s three years too late. Her policies are contributing to an anti-business climate, high housing costs and the state’s poor economic outlook. It will only get worse unless voters repeal the tax and fee increases in the transportation bill that Kotek and the Democrats rammed through the Legislature on a partisan basis.
