Pamela Anderson is finally explaining those Liam Neeson romance rumors.

The 58-year-old actress and 73-year-old actor were first publicly linked in July at the premiere of their film The Naked Gun . In late August, TMZ published a piece suggesting it was a publicity stunt.

Now, she’s speaking out.

“If you must know, Liam and I were romantically involved for a short while but only after we finished filming,” Pamela explained to People .

She said they had an “intimate week” at his house in New York State, where she her her own bedroom. She added, “Our assistants both came; even family stopped by.”

After their time together, “we went our separate ways to work on other films.”
