Missouri senator Eric Schmitt made a video of himself listing out H-1B jobs that do not require any high skill, and then tore the paper from which he was reading, calling out companies that are abusing the program, including 7/11. A staunch critic of the H-1B visa program, Schmitt has been raising his voice against the abuse of the visa program, claiming that companies are using it to fill DEI positions.
