Justin Herbert just wanted to celebrate with his team.

The Los Angeles Chargers’ star quarterback, who suffered a hand injury last month, willed his squad to victory against the Philadelphia Eagles on MNF.

After the game, he wanted to celebrate with his teammates, but Laura Rutledge had other ideas.

Following a game-ending interception, the veteran reporter quickly found Justin Herbert for the customary postgame interview.

Instead of stopping and doing it, Herbert kept walking while saying, “I’m trying to celebrate with my team.”

The relentless Rutledge, who has drawn previous backlash once before, refused to give up before giving that interview. Eventually, Justin Herbert turned around and proceeded to give the most cliché answers to her questions.
