When episodes of Taylor Swift's docuseries are released

What the Taylor Swift docuseries covers
The 2:32 trailer, which premiered on "Good Morning America" on Nov. 13, offers a kinetic sprint through the planning, production and emotional undercurrent of the Eras Tour. Swift, her mom, Andrea Swift, her dancers and bandmates appear in new interviews, adding intimate context to a tour that grossed more than $2 billion and drew more than 10 million fans across five continents.
"I came up with the idea for the Eras Tour about two years before the tour started," Swift says in the clip. "I wanted to over-serve the fans in terms of the amount of songs they were going to hear and how far I was going to push myself."
Viewers will see the production ecosystem that operated underneath and behind the stage and allowed Swift to, for example, shimmy out of her "Tortured Poets" cape dress, leap onto a production lift and sprint beneath the stage to change into her nightly "Midnights" look. Dancer Whyley Yoshimura said, "I have never seen the boss with this much passion about their job."
Eras Tour backstage guests and surprise cameos
The teaser also confirms appearances from Swift's surprise guests across the tour:
- Ed Sheeran, who joined Swift on Aug. 15, 2024, in London's Wembley Stadium.
- Gracie Abrams, who surprised fans Nov. 16, 2024, in Toronto.
- Sabrina Carpenter, who popped up in New Orleans on Oct. 26, 2024, and gets a charming recruitment moment in the trailer.
- Florence Welch, who performed "Florida!!!" with Swift on Aug. 20, 2024, and joined her for all three Miami shows Oct. 18–20 that year.
Swift's relationship with Travis Kelce surfaces in the series, including a playful speakerphone call in which Swift jokes, "You've got teammates, I've got teammates." Andrea Swift adds that Kelce "brings a lot of happiness."
