Katya Jones has said her 'heart is broken' following her Strictly Come Dancing exit as fans have been left fearing for her future on the much-loved show.

The professional dancer has been part of the popular programme since 2016, with her first partner being former Shadow Chancellor and now Good Morning Britain host, Ed Balls. It was then the following year, with actor Joe McFadden, that Katya lifted the coveted Glitterball for the first time.

Katya has since partnered a number of stars before being paired with actor Lewis Cope for her 10th series of Strictly this year. Branded 'Team 10', the pair impressed week after week in the ballroom, bagging the first perfect score of the series during the Halloween special.
