Ella Stiller isn’t dodging this personal chapter in her life.

The And Just Like That actor, who’s Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor ’s oldest child, opened up about how she’s struggled with anxiety and depression since her early days as a child actor.

“I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life,” Ella, 23, explained on the Dec. 8 episode of Gia Giudice ’s Casual Chaos podcast. “I’m in an amazing place now. Over the last five years, I’ve got [medication] and that’s changed my entire life. Growing up, there was a lot of sadness and loneliness, and not in a ‘Poor me’ way. But when I think about my childhood, I think a lot about how anxious I was all the time.”
