Some of the immigrant workers detained last month in a federal raid at a Boston car wash spoke about their experience in a roundtable discussion on Monday.

Immigration and Customs Enforcement detained nine employees of Allston Car Wash on Nov. 4. While two remain in federal custody, the other seven joined Democratic Rep. Ayanna Pressley, their attorney and members of the community to share what they've been going through.

"A senior denied their medication, a young woman unable to shower or eat for days," Pressley told reporters after the meeting.

Media members were allowed to take still photos during the roundtable, but not record video.
