Rangers midfielder Mohamed Diomande has NOT been called up by Ivory Coast for AFCON, meaning he is available over the coming weeks.
The 24-year-old's nation have confirmed their pool for the upcoming tournament and Diomande has missed out.
The club had been expected to be without both the midfielder and on-loan Wolves centre-back Nasser Djiga, who has been included in the Burkina Faso squad. However, Diomande will now be available for a tough run of fixtures .
