GREEN LAKE, Wis. — The man suspected of causing a crash in the Town of Green Lake that killed a 68-year-old woman is facing arraignment Tuesday afternoon, online court records show.
Justen Poulson, 46, is charged with homicide by negligent operation of a vehicle. The crash occurred on Oct. 3, when Poulson's pickup truck collided with a northbound loaded dump truck. Kathleen Rebecca Lynn Leow, 68, died at the scene. Poulson pleaded not guilty on Oct. 14.
Poulson faces multiple charges, including knowingly operating while revoked causing death, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The court found probable cause and bounded Poulson over for trial on Nov. 4.
