Fort Wayne police said today officers have arrested a 24-year-old in connection with a shooting at a bowling alley that injured three people.
Tristan Pernell, 24, faces preliminary charges of at attempted murder, aggravated battery, battery with a deadly weapon, and criminal recklessness by shooting a firearm into a gathering, according to a late-morning news release.
Pernell was arrested Monday.
The shooting occurred Dec. 4 at the Thunderbowl, 6700 Lafayette St.
Information released last week said police were called after an Allen County Sheriff’s Department officer working part-time security heard multiple gunshots at the bowling alley.
Police, who described the scene as chaotic, said that two of the three victims were found inside the bowling alley, and one was found outside.
