A suspected drunken driver was arrested last week on investigation of vehicular homicide in a fatal Lakewood crash, police said.
Lakewood police responded to the fatal two-car crash at Kipling Parkway and W. Sixth Avenue Frontage Road just before 4:50 a.m. on Nov. 30, according to the department .
People were ejected from both cars involved in the crash, police said. It’s unclear how many people were injured in the crash.
One woman, a passenger in the car that was hit, died from her injuries several days later at the hospital. She will be identified by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
