STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege a 23-year-old man from Graniteville recorded himself having sex with a woman, and then posted the video footage on social media.

Jeremiah Rosendo of Casewell Avenue used his cell phone to videotape an encounter with the woman in June, the criminal complaint alleges. The recording, made without the victim’s knowledge or consent, reveals the woman’s identity and her “intimate parts,” the criminal complaint noted.

Months later, the woman saw the video posted on one of Rosendo’s social media accounts. According to the criminal complaint, the woman did not give Rosendo permission or authority to publish, disseminate or otherwise share the video.
