Alan Burrows knows Aberdeen have made progress under Scottish Cup-winning boss Jimmy Thelin but reckons they’ve still got a lot of work to do. ‌

The Swede delivered the Cup to Pittodrie for the first time in 35 years but the new campaign got off to a dismal start as the Dons claimed just one win in their first 11 games. Thelin has got them back on track again with an eight-game unbeaten run as Aberdeen look to spark their Premiership and Conference League campaigns back to life. ‌

Pittodrie CEO Burrows insists the board have been right behind the gaffer, even through the tough times, but they are continually looking to raise the bar on all fronts.
