KEARNEY — University of Nebraska at Kearney Chancellor Neal Schnoor unveiled a plan Tuesday to cut up to $4.8 million from the campus budget and close a structural deficit.
Schnoor, who started as UNK chancellor July 1, said in a Tuesday email to faculty, staff and students that the proposal would close a $4.5 million structural deficit identified through June 30, 2027.
