A Texas couple left their two dogs in the care of a local boarding facility while they were away at their destination wedding

When bride and groom Ashlynn and Tyler Pease were preparing to tie the knot at their destination wedding, a heartbreaking tragedy was unfolding back at home.

Knowing that they and their family and friends would be traveling out of the country for the wedding, the Texas couple decided to board their two dogs, both doodles, at Ruff-inn Pet Lodge in Robstown, per local outlet 3 News . It wasn't an easy decision, as they had never left their pets before.
