JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is reminding the community to protect their personal information after stopping a suspected shoplifter who they said stole multiple identities.
Inside the suspect’s bag, deputies said they found multiple stolen IDs, credit cards, Social Security cards and more.
“Deputies recently stopped a shoplifter who seemed to be working overtime… at being at least 16 different people,“ the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said.
In a second bag, deputies said they found hypodermic needles, drugs, paraphernalia and a replica firearm.
Deputies say the suspect was arrested.
