BUFFALO, Minn. — The man charged with killing a female co-worker will now face a charge of premeditated murder after a grand jury indictment.
David Bruce Delong, 40, of Watkins, Minnesota, is accused of swinging a sledgehammer multiple times at 20-year-old Amber Czech, of Hutchinson. Both worked at Advanced Process Technologies in Cokato, which specializes in servicing the food and dairy industry.
On Dec. 5, a grand jury composed of citizens in Wright County was convened to investigate the death, according to a statement from the Wright County Attorney’s Office.
